Larry Smith
Larry and his wife Marilyn moved into their Mesquite Ranch home in March of 2003. They both have been residents of Tucson for forty years. They have a daughter and two granddaughters. Larry is a retired firefighter and currently works for the Vail School District. Larry is serving his second term on the Board.

Shay Pedersen
Shay is a native Tucsonan and has lived in Mesquite Ranch since May 2003. Shay has served on the Board and chaired the Landscape Committee since 2004. She and her husband, Eric, are the proud parents of three young children. She has a B.S. from the University of Arizona and is a Certified Personal Trainer, although her career is on hiatus now while she is a Stay-at-Home Mom. Shay has many things she'd like to accomplish as a Board member, including keeping our property values as high as they can be, keeping the neighborhood clean and well maintained and all in working order and giving back to the community by making some improvements and "upgrades". "I want everybody to love living here!"

Cathy Meek
Property management services are provided by ADAM, LLC. As such, Cathy serves as secretary to the Board of Directors, but not a member of the board. She prepares the agendas and material to be discussed at board meetings, and enacts the vast majority of the decisions made by the board at these meetings.

Dennis Davilia
Dennis, his wife Lisa and their two boys moved into the Mesquite Ranch neighborhood in April of 2010. Their oldest son attends Senita Valley Elementary school. Dennis looks forward to being a part of both the association and its board of directors and helping keep Mesquite Ranch a wonderful place to live.

Renee Williams
Renee Williams moved to Mesquite Ranch in 2003 and has served as the DRC Chairperson for nearly 7 years and on the HOA Board of Directors for 5 years. She is also the newsletter chairperson and produces the MRHOA newsletter quarterly. Renee and her husband have 2 boys at Senita Valley Elementary and they enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle away from their careers.

Michael Meyer
Michael Meyer has lived in Mesquite Ranch for over 8 years and has been in Tucson since 1976. He has been married for 22 years to his high school sweetheart and they have a very busy 11 going on 21 year old son. Michael has served on the Mesquite Ranch Design Review Committee since its inception and has enjoyed watching all the changes in our community. He looks forward to serving in another capacity as a board member to continue to help Mesquite Ranch be one of the best places to live on the east side.

Mike Cherry
Mike, his wife Natalie, and their three boys moved into Mesquite Ranch in March 2011 because of the wonderful neighborhood and excellent schools. Prior to purchasing a home they rented in the Rita Ranch area for a year and a half to get to know the area and what they really wanted in a house and a neighborhood. The well-kept homes, community pools and green grass were a major start for their choosing Mesquite Ranch. Two years ago they came to Tucson for Michael to start working as an engineer at Raytheon. Prior to that Michael and Natalie finished degrees at BYU in mechanical Engineering and English, respectively, and then Michael completed his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. As a member of the Board of Directors, Mike looks forward to serving the community by keeping it the best neighborhood in Southeast Tucson.

Mike Sunday
Mike has lived in Tucson for the past 10 years, is a University of Arizona Systems Engineering graduate, and is working for a nearby engineering company. Mike and his wife Kristi moved to Mesquite Ranch in January of 2004 to raise a family. They have watched the neighborhood develop and grow and would like to take a more active role in keeping Mesquite Ranch a great place to raise a family. Mike looks forward to serving on the board to continue to make Mesquite Ranch a great place to live.
