Shay Pedersen
Shay is a native Tucsonan and has lived in Mesquite Ranch since May 2003. Shay has served on the Board and chaired the Landscape Committee since 2004. She and her husband, Eric, are the proud parents of three young children. She has a B.S. from the University of Arizona and is a Certified Personal Trainer, although her career is on hiatus now while she is a Stay-at-Home Mom. Shay has many things she'd like to accomplish as a Board member, including keeping our property values as high as they can be, keeping the neighborhood clean and well maintained and all in working order and giving back to the community by making some improvements and "upgrades". "I want everybody to love living here!"

Keith Jordan
I, my wife Cindy and daughter Jasmine moved to Mesquite Ranch in September of 2002 after relocating from Chatsworth, CA. I am a accounting manager of a local landscape company, a Tucson small business owner and the coach of my daughter's soccer team. I am very concerned with keeping the community looking as nice as possible as this has a direct effect on everyone's property values. Another big concern of mine is the safety of the community, "I want everyone that lives in Mesquite to feel this is a safe place to live". Working together with the community is a priority with me!

Della Ellis
Della and her family moved to Mesquite Ranch in April 2003 shortly after
relocating to Tucson from Charlotte, NC. Della's husband, Chip, and their
two children, are currently her full-time focus after a 15-year career in
international banking with Bank of America and Wachovia. She has an
Associates Degree in Business Administration from Central Piedmont Community
College in Charlotte, NC with additional coursework in international
banking. Della volunteers at Desert Willow Elementary School weekly in the
library and in the classroom. She has been on the finance committee since
2004 and is looking forward to her role on the HOA board where she will work
to maintain a financially sound Mesquite Ranch.

Renee Williams
Renee Williams moved to Mesquite Ranch in 2003 and has previously served as the DRC Chairperson for 3 years and on the HOA Board of Directors for 2 years. After an 8 month absence from the Board she recently returned as a Director and again as the DRC Chairperson. Renee and her husband have 2 boys and enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle away from their careers.
